I just ordered DMC 4 on the 14th w/ overnight shipping, And I haven't even gotten an e-mail for confirmed shipment. It also still says "open" on my order page. Seriously, I'm not gonna just let this go. I payed the extra money for it, so I should get it. Has anyone tried contacting them through customer support before? I want to know if they even respond.
nope because they will just say the SHIPPING is one day. it doesnt matter to them if they take a week to get it to the shipping place, as long as the actual shipping is one day. gamestop is trash. dont use em.

I understand they only care if the ship in one day, but on their website my item has not shipped yet. In that case, I can get my money back, right?
