For sure L4D 2 and MW 2,

Maybe Assassins Creed 2, I will have to see though.

Already have Tekken 6 and interested in Dragon Age even though I'll pick it up later on. Also, I will pick up New Super Mario Bros. Wii, which should also be on that list!

Also, I'll eventually pick up Modern Warfare 2 as well.

I will be byuing the God of War Collection as I haven't played any of them. GOW III looks good and I want to catch up with the story etc.

Picking up MW2 the day it comes out. Also gonna pick up Assassins Creed 2, but probably that weekend and not the day of the release.
