I'm voting for Minish Cap. Why is Mario Advance in this poll? It's just an updated port of Super Mario Bros 2 on the NES.

Fusion. Super Mario Advance is the worst of the four GBA ports, but not a bad game by any means.

Both Zelda, and Metriod. Forget Mario because it's just a port.

Metroid. I've never been a huge fan of Zelda, and I like Mario a lot better in 3d.

2d metroid is awesome.

Super Mario World for GBA is better than Super Mario Advance.

I voted Minish Cap though. It's underrated.

Fusion.

Minish Cap is very short, I finished it in two sits. Super Mario Advance is a remake of Super Mario Bros. 2 and I am not a fan of that game.

Never played Minish Cap (looks great though) but Fusion is a must buy IMO... My favourite 2d Metroid.

Minish Cap was my overall favorite out of that list, but Metroid: Fusion come in a close second.
