Gears Of War 2009

That's when the movie based on the game is set to be released, honestly.....I kind of have high expectations for the movie....I mean I loved the game....I think the movie is going to beone of the few video game to big screen films that's actually any good.

I don't know about anybody else but the song at the end credits of the game should definitely besomewhere inthe movie!!

Who can you see playing the cast though? Do you think it'll be an "A-lister"....or someone whose coming up?

The less famous the actors the better the movie I think, it's hard to take a film based on a game serious when you have A-Listers in it as you always picture them in a different role and you just end up laughing or crying as the case may be? Providing the actors they use CAN act and are not some random Joe pulled of the pavement because they resemble the characters in some way.KingKoop

Yeah I've always wondered why video game movies in particular seem to place such a high priority on casting actors who look exactly like the people in the game. How about making sure your movie doesn't suck first, and then worry about how your people look.

@ the very best getting famous actors who also look like the characters would be nice.

however, although movies based from games are popular, they tend to be bad "doom" anyone. so most famous, good actors avoid such movies. therefore, it might be more feasible to get actors that look like the characters and can act....tighten up the game's story a bit. yeah, it's a big job.

I think it would be marvelous to see an all 'little people' cast. How about it, Hollywood?rsiedelmann
