Give your favorite game for each NIntendo console (handhelds not included).

In their 20th anniversary issue, Nintendo Power gave their top 20 games for each Nintendo console, and while each top 20 as a whole generally had the right games, I feel most of the orders of the lists were way wrong. So I will give my number 1 game and a runner up for each Nintendo console, and then I ask you rate my picks and give me yours. Here goes:
