good fps games for original xbox

Howdy folks. I'm looking for some great fps games for original xbox. It can be any FPS game on the console. it doen't matter if it's an arcade shooter, tactical shooter, story based shooter, old school shooter (ex. serious sam, painkiller,turok e.t.c), military shooter, gorefest shooter (soldier of fortune) e.t.c. the only thing i will NOT allow is the mention of chicago enforcer (because that should not be mentioned in anything ever). I would like to hear you guys' feedback.

Black is a great FPS for the original xbox in my opinion.

Ghost Recon 1

Brothers in Arms: Road to Hill 30/Earned in Blood (not as good tac shooters as the 2 above though)

Not necessarily FPS, but Max Payne 1 & 2 and Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory are good too.

Halo 1 is a must for the original xbox, Halo 2 also to a lesser extent... its ending is awful, and the weapons feel nerfed in the game compared to the original Halo... shotgun is crap, and many other weapons nerfed to make dual wielding the only way to go unfortunately. Also think they nerfed them for multiplayer. Made no sense the weapons became weaker in the second Halo since it took place right after the first game, you'd think plasma pistols and riffles would be improved if anything.

All the games past original Halo felt like a constant hunt and search for fresh weapons cause they drained out of ammo so quickly and i really hated it. The plasma pistol in the original Halo was amazing and lasted forever if you shot it without charging it.

So my rambling comes to an end. I only liked Halo 1 and 2, the other fps games i played on xbox were nowhere near as fun. Also the flood in all halo games are a pain in the ass.

Are some great ones. I'm not sure if they hold well today but I had some fun memories with them.

Darkwatch is one of my favorite FPS games from that era.

Also enjoyed the Unreal Championship games, even if PC purists will poo poo them. You can also play them in third person.

Halo and Halo 2.

Halo 2 is utterly brill. Best Halo game.

MoH Frontline is solid, although a bit simple. Worth having.

Turok Evolution is a hoot, and very unique.

Splinter Cell games are bloody amazing, even if not fps...

Here's some games you want to avoid:

Goldeneye Roque Agent. It is just as bas as everyone says.

Terminator Dawn of Fate. Cool premise, but very poor game. Avoid at all costs.
