I got my GBA awhile back and I already have LoG2 and Minish Cap, I was looking at Final Fantasy 1,2,4,5, and 6 for GBA... are they worthy ports? Any other games are welcome thanks.

Sorry, but I don't know much about the Final Fantasy games on the GBA, but you should try the Golden Sun series and the Fire Emblem series on the GBA.

This and
Tales of Phantasia, Kingdom Hearts CoM and the Pokemon series.
My favorite GBA games:
Classic NES Series (Rereleases of old NES games on GBA, unchanged):
My favorite GBA games:
- Castlevania: Circle of the Moon - Great 2D Castlevania adventure in the same vein as Castlevania: Symphony of the Night. A great level-up system, and heavy emphasis on exploration. Some people might be wondering why I didn't include Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow in this list. It's simply because I haven't had the chance to play it yet, so I don't have an opinion on it yet.
- Donkey Kong Country - The all-time SNES classic, and one of the greatest platformers ever created, ported to GBA.
- The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past - A port of the SNES masterpiece. And is my personal all-time favorite Legend of Zelda game. If you haven't played this game before, you absolutely MUST play it.
- The Legend of Zelda: The Minnish Cap - Awesome Legend of Zelda game. It has all you'd expect from a Zelda game: Great adventure, item collecting, fighting though dungeons, and facing monsters. But it also adds a lot of side-quests and other things to do, really fleshing out the traditional 2D Zelda game. It also uses the two-worlds gimmick seen in LoZ: A Link to the Past on SNES, but in an entirely new way. There is a "micro-world" existing with and completely ignored by the regular world.
- Mega Man: Zero 1-3 - 2D action-platforming game set in the Mega Man X universe, but instead of playing as the Maverick Hunter X, you're playing as the laser-sword wielding Zero instead.
- Metal Slug Advance - Great 2D run-n-gun action. Metal Slug games always deliver the goods, and this one is no different.
- Metroid: Fusion - Basically Super Metroid 2, or as close as you're gonna get to it. Great Metroid adventure that is well worth it's cheap price.
- Metroid: Zero Mission - This is the original Metroid for NES, but remade with better graphics, much better controls (closer to Super Metroid), and a bit of extras thrown in.
- Sonic Advance 1-3 - Great, all-new 2D Sonic the Hedgehog platformers in style of the old Sega Genesis Sonic the Hedgehog games. But in these, you can play as Sonic for a traditional Sonic feel, or play as other Sonic characters for an entirely different game experience.
- Super Mario Advance 1-4 - Remakes of the classic Super Mario Bros. games: Super Mario Bros. 2 & 3, and Super Mario World 1 & 2. Some of the greatest platformers ever created. However, I'm not a fan of the Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island, though, (too cutesy for me) but plenty of other people are.
Classic NES Series (Rereleases of old NES games on GBA, unchanged):
- Castlevania - The first game in this still continuing series based around vampires, monsters, platforming, and whips.
- The Legend of Zelda - Classic, and epic at the same time. This game defined adventure games for generations to come.
- Metroid - The first of Samus' grand space-odysseys. The first time she meets the Space Pirates, the first time she fights Ridley, and the defeat of Mother Brain. Heavy on exploration and figuring things out for yourself.
- Super Mario Bros. - The classic game that cemented Nintendo forever as a gaming giant. One of the greatest games ever made.
- Zelda 2: The Adventure of Link - Sequel to Legend of Zelda, but completely different in it's gameplay. Some people hate it for it's changes, for others that's why they love it. I love the game, myself. Certainly better than LoZ: Spirit Tracks.

Lol I've played all of those except Castlevania(s) and Adventure of Link
All the FF ports are pretty good. I haven't played FF6. It's hard to find a reasonable price.
You should also give the Sonic Advance series a shot if you want something other than rpgs.

^THIS! I'm also going to add this:
My favorite games are:
Sonic Battle- Fun robot fighter customization and 3D battlefields.
Pokémon Emerald- Just plain fun, collecting stuff and making them evolve.
Final Fantasy 1 and 2- Good storyline, different classes and retro feeling. Good music too.
Star Wars III- Fun combat, different abilities and also good music. Big bosses and a lot of droids to destroy.
Those are mine.

I wanna get Tactics, but I heard it's very similar to Disgaea... I tryed out Disgaea... it was really fun, but I was next to clueless as to what everything did lol. Is Tactics horribly confusing? Lol, I already have LoG 2 and I heard the first was awful though.

If you want to truly experience Final Fantasy Tactics, buy or download the original for PSX, PSP, or PSN.
Final Fantasy Tactics > Final Fantasy Tactics Advanced
Trust me, I've been a FFT fan since 1998 and have played every subsequent version. The only one that comes close to being as good as the original is the PSP remake. As far as the learning curb...in all honesty, it can be steep if you aren't used to playing strategy games. However, it was my first strategy game and is still my most favorite game ever...and I'm not even a fan of strategy games! It just requires a lot of patience and paying close attention to details. The story is very deep with religious overtones, so it can be confusing the first play through if you aren't paying attention or remember cetain details about the plot.
Check out my profile for the blog about the story...its the first one you'll see, but it does contain some spoilers.

I was planning to get that version anyway, I just wanted to know about it's "learning curve". Does it have a tutorial and if so is it any good or does it leave a majority of the questions unanswered ? I'll find out most of the things on the way anyway, but it'd be more enjoyable if I knew what to do, partly why I disliked FF8....
