Could be anywhere, either way the game won't be out for years...they said they wanted to make a new GTA London sometime ago but well doesn't prove a thing they could set the game anywhere, just have to wait.
I have a feeling they will do the same thing this gen,where each new GTA is an expansion on four,ala vice city and san andreas for last gen. I do not think you will see GTA5 untill next getn whne ever that may be.
They need to put the next Grand Theft Auto in a town with some empty countryside around it, kind of like San Andreas had. Some woods, with real wild-life and all that, would be great. They also need to bring back planes.

That was one of the better parts of GTA SA, the countryside.
I'm really hoping that sometime within the next 10 years there is a fully 3-dimensional GTA set in London. GTA5 might not come around till the 8th generation era and the next GTA game will probably be in the same vein as Vice City and San Andreas (ah would a current gen GTA world the size of San Andreas be awesome!)
What about a futuristic GTA set 500 years from now. Futuristic weapons, flying cars,alien species,..... imagine the possibilities.

Next GTA game should be out within this generation of consoles. All they need to do is add loads of details and customizable content and bingo - instant hit. I would like to see this game bring back Vice City's style and head back to the past.

I did say in my OP on this thread that it was a rumour. If GTA V is PS3/360/PC, the PS3 version will probably be the best console version (purely speculation, though)
