Grand Theft Auto in the 20's!

I was just thinking about where the next GTA game might be set, and I thought of something pretty cool. Instead of setting the next game in the modern-era, I think that it would be pretty cool if the next game would go way back to the 20's or something. Around the time thatt the use of Alcohol was illegal. The main character could be some sort of bootlegger for booze, like an Al Capone type guy. The game would have gangs that were around at that period of time and all the other things that were going on during the "Roaring 20's"!!! So what do you guys think of that? I think that if thought out right, it could be a really cool game!

You know, in 20`s very few people had cars. Unless you want to drive with a black Ford-T all the game.
