Greatest Xbox Game Of All Time (Poll)

Although the originalXBOX did not have as diverse of a library as the PS2, there's no denying that it still had many fantastic games and worthwhile IPs. I couldn't fit all the greats into five slots so I picked the best of the best IMO. I had to leave out manyclassics such as Burnout 3, Crimson Skies, Fable,Rainbow Six 3, Halo 2, and Forza.

My favorite XBOX gameisprobably NGB. Action/Adventure gaming at its finest. I loved the challenge,the great ai,the deep combat set, the untouchable gfx, and the addition of missions. This game also had quite a lot of value for a single player experience.Although the story wasn't anything remarkable, when i play games imostly look for great control mechanics andtimeless gameplay. I really hope TeamNinjamakes anotherNG as great as the first.

Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind was BY FAR the best game on the system for me. It was what sold me on getting an XBox. Don't get me wrong, the Halo games are great and made even happier I decided to get an XBox. But Morrowind was simply epic. Nothing before it on a console could come close to matching it's scale and size. You could be any character you wanted, as stealthy, magic-using, or combat oriented as you wanted. And you could do so many different questlines/storyline. And for a launch title (or near launch, not sure which), it had very impressive graphics. And then The Game of the Year Edition made it even better by including the Tribunal and Bloodmoon expansions which were fantastic.

Wow. I cant believe i forgot to mention that game. I enjoyed that game as much as KotOR if not more. It had much more explorationand a vast world beyond measure.I had the GOTY edition aswell ( I particularily loved the Bloodmoon expansion). I remember when i first played the game i hated it because i was completelylost :). i also wasn't a huge fan of the combat system at first but i got used to it eventually. One ofgreatest RPGsi have ever played.

KOTOR for me, so immersive one of those experiences you don't forget great game all around!

Personally, Ninja Gaiden. I love that game. I can't even remember how many times I beat that game. Ghost piranhas be damned! :P

Other than them both being FPS, I don't see the similarities. Doom is about a Marine fighting off demons from Hell. Doom is dark and ominous game. While Halo is bright, vivid, and sci-fi, and definetly has more of a militaristic feel to it (albeit futuristic military). And the controls are quite primitive in Doom in comparison to Halo's full 360 degree view.

In no particular order these are the best IMO: Oddworld Stranger's Wrath, Metal Gear Solid 2, Halo 1&2, Burnout 3 Takedown, Conker Live & Reloaded.

I would have to go for Halo Comabt Evolved, plus there was a few good memorable moments with-in Halo 1. Such as escaping The Pillier of Aurtum on the first level, and avoiding The Flood.

Its between KOTOR and Ninja gaiden black.

From the poll I chose Halo but I think maybe Baldur's Gate- Dark Alliance or Star Wars BattleFront lie closer to the FAVORITE one.

Great game! Not my favorite XBox game, Morrowind is, but still a great game. It has a great style to it, and is quite unique.

I have to vote for "Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic". I was REALLY addicted this game and I love everything about it.
