GTA 4 DLC Announced = Feb 09

Will you need the original game disc to download/run the expansion? I have a 360 now, but I already own the PS3 version of GTA4 and I really don't want to buy it twice.

You will need the disc.  The expansion takes place in the same city, so I'm sure they will be using assets on the disc instead of making you download all of Liberty City again.
