GTA 4 scores 10 on gamespot

Nice. I don't ever remember a game getting so much praise from everyone. Very excited for tomorrow.

So this is Gamespot's fifth 10 ever! And ya know, after watching the marathon, I think the score is more than plausible.

I had no intention on getting this game before seeing that marathon, but that footage has made me desperate to play it.

Just a reminder.. since June 2007 scores go by .5.. so it may not be quite as good as some of the original 10s but by the old system, it would have gotten atleast a 9.7 or so which is still great. Might have gotten a 10 anyways.

Sweet mercy!! A 10! I thought that score didn't exist anymore after Tony Hawk 3? Well if theres any game that deserves a 10, it's GTA 4.

Wow.I just cannot believe how amazing this is...holy crap.I thought GS was way too picky to ever give out a 10 again...

I don't think it should be a problem. I went into Best buy on Halo 3 release date and picked up a copy and they had plenty. I assume they will have plenty of GTA 4 copies as well.

But there were so many great games that came out after the new GS scoring system went up. Those should have deserved a 10 as well......

This comes just after I get an email from best buy saying my copy will be ready for me tomorrow...it must be lonely sitting in that store..don't worry i'm coming. :D
