GTA4 may not be the best game of all time, but it *is* a landmark title that will be remembered for years to come. The writing and narrative are likely the best ever seen in gaming, and the GTA gameplay staples have been streamlined and polished to a gamer-friendly tee. For sandbox titles, it's certainly in a class of it's own.

I finished it last night and it taught me one thing.... the GTA franchise has run its course!... It also taught me that games reviewers now must review on the sum of its parts, as a driving game its worth 5/10, as a story driven 3rd person shooter its worht 5/10, I guess thats were teh 10 came from :? they cant add fractions :)
be real it only teaches us how to be serial killers from the twisted radio talk , and how to be pro. at organized crime gta san andreas teach us about the brother hood and living the up live
I still felt that Vice City is better. It doesn't get bogged down by the attempt at "gritty realism" and just keeps the parody high and the jokes corny. That and it has a killer soundtrack.
