really? it was availabe everywhere near me... and ill be honest i expected it to beat halo 3, but not this badly

yes it was sold out a lot in europe. on major UK and european online retailers too. my friend had to order it and wait for a week until they got their second shipment.

Well,since it´s not only selling on two consoles,it´s also the first outstanding PS3-Game for most (or at least many) people and the hype around it was maybe the most terrible and nerve-costing ever...It´s nothing really suprising.

Some Online-Magazines gave GTA4-Details every day,not caring about how important it is and made a big Story out of it.From the Controls,Characters to Underpants.So much some people started complaining.Halo 3´s hype was big,but not matching GTA4.
