Where do you get the clothes CJ has on near the plain on the back of the game case?

If I'm not mistaken, Didier Sachs. It only opens after you get to Las Venturas in the story. You can find one in Los Santos, about North of the Ferris Wheel place, I think. And one in Las Venturas which I don't really remember where now.

edit: On a second thought, it could be in Victim. Almost sure it's one of those, so those are your best bets.
