Hello there.

My fiancee just surprised me with a PS4 bundle that came with Uncharted 4 and another game to choose. She picked GTAV which is good cause I like it and played it on ps3 but I am also looking forward to try the first person view in GTAV.

On the other hand, I like watchdogs, I also played the first one on ps3.

I have the option to exchange the game but I wanted to know if it is worth it to keep GTAV or if I should try something else.

Thank you

Keep GTA V, the first person view is amazing and immerses you in the world in a whole new way.

You play the whole game in that view and it feels like a new game, there's no contest if you ask me, WD2 doesn't even compare.

Watch Dogs 2 is infinitely better than the first, but GTA V is just infinitely better than WD2. Keep GTA.

I see all your opinions here. Good to know.

Now, what about trophies? Do I keep my GTAV trophies from the PS3 version or do I have to earn them again?

I did not get all of them but I wouldn't mind earning them again. It would give me something to do.

I'm enjoying the hell out of Watch Dogs 2, but GTA V was a masterpiece.

Idunno I think both are worth owning eventually.

*Oh wait you already played GTA V? Then get Watch Dogs 2!

Both are decent games... but I think the GTA V campaign is massively overrated.

it's funny you said that because I played it for the second time fairly recently, and yeah...it just wasn't fun. Or as fun, mind you.

The characters were all really annoying cliches. There were not nearly enough of the "fun" missions (heists) and too many stupid ones (personal bullshit), and yeah...I think in hindsight it's really an overrated game.

The first time, it's like "Wow!!!!" mind = blown, but follow ups are just not amazing, which is too bad because GTA games have always had a lot of longevity for singleplayer games. Guess that's why they're focusing so much on multiplayer content *shrug*

I would assume trophies are bound to your account, yes? Sorry I don't own a Playstation, but you have to make an account on PSN which is where your trophies are "stored", right? If yes, then you should still have them I would assume.

Just a guess/assumption.

@mrbojangles25: Yeah I agree... for me, it's nowhere near as fun or interesting as San Andreas or Vice City.

Watch Dogs 2 for sure, GTA might have more content but its online community is a piece of shit and filled with thugs.

does GTA V allow you to drive around freely without having to unlock by completing initial missions?
