Guild Wars 2 Low FPS Porblem?

I think that my computer should handle GW2 just fine on high settings but it tends to lag alot, im getting FPS between 15-35. Anyone else has this problem?

i5 3.4ghz

Radeon 6950 2gb

8gb RAM

1920x1080 monitor

I had the same Problem with my System, sometimes my fps were as low as 20.

Installing windows 8 fixed it for me, I'm now having constant 60fps+.

8 GB DDR3
Crossfire 6950

Hmm... that's quite interesting actually, i guess i wont install windows 8 till it comes out though cause I do not want to install the preview cause i had a bad experience with it before when i installed it in my laptop.

Yeah I had a lot of problems with my laptop freezing with the preview.

The full version runs great though, you can already download it if you have access to MSDNAA or Dreamspark as it is now called.
