No not yet. I'm probably about 50 or so games away from having my perfect PS2 collection (I'll be over 200 PS2 games at that point), about 10-15 games away from completing my N64 collection, and about 15-games from having my perfect Dreamcast collection. I might be close with the other consoles I own, however I'm not sure because I', not as pashionate about collecting on those systems
Man I've had the ambition on multiple occasions but can't seem to complete the task. I must have about 60 of 198 for the Dreamcast but that's a far cry from completion. I like to think nobody ever finishes collecting for a system, they merely run out of funds, motivation or time haha.
I have about 17 games on my Dreamcast that I have bought when it came out, since a year I have been collecting sealed DC games (PAL). I have about 16 now and am planning to reach 30. I don't now why I do it but they are little pieces of candy, and I am not eating them.
Nope, not yet. No matter how many games I get, my wishlist just seems to grow.

Me too. For every good game I find, it makes me want to buy the other games in the series, spiritual sequels, other games by the developer, other games in the genre, etc. etc...
I also seem to manage to pick up all kinds of games I don't even want. Lots on eBay are good times...
[QUOTE="Heirren"]Try pm-ING Another48hours. This poster has every video game ever made.rilpashas he ever actually posted his collection? Yes, but it turned out they were a bunch of random Google images.
Yes, I finished with the Sega Genesis, Super Nes, and Nes. I typically get the games that were the highest quality. I have stopped collecting older games, I got all that I can ever play. The weird part is I barely play them, but I think maybe it was my hobby just to find them/own. I will play them when I am in the mood, its just all the more recent games I need to attend to first. Priorities. I got a (square foot) box of classic games.
Finishing collecting meaning just the games you want to play? No I have not finished collecting for any of my systems. As there will always be some games to discover.
Sega Genesis/Mega drive 36 games, Super Nintendo 52 games, NES 34 games, Gamecube 32 games, Xbox 32 games. GB/GBC/GBA/DS 18 games, Nintendo 64 34 games, Playstation 58 games, PSP 70 games, Playstation 2 150 games.
So no I can still find something that I want to play for these "dead systems" or legacy platforms. even though the successor consoles have taken over. I still will be able or want to find a game to play. I will be forever adding to my collection.
Only if I ever managed to have all of the games for these systems.
I'm very close on my Neo-Geo Pocket Color collection, but that's just because it has such a small U.S. library. What I have:
What I still want:
I'm very close on my Neo-Geo Pocket Color collection, but that's just because it has such a small U.S. library. What I have:
- Bust-A-Move Pocket
- Dark Arms: Beast Buster
- Fatal Fury: First Contact
- Metal Slug: 1st Mission
- Metal Slug: 2nd Mission
- King of Fighters: R-2
- Pac-Man
- Samurai Shodown 2: Pocket Fighting Series
- SNK vs. Capcom: Match of the Millennium
- Sonic Pocket Adventure
What I still want:
- King of Fighters: R-1 (Probably not gonna happen, pretty pricey)
- Neo 21
- Samurai Shodown: Pocket Fighting Series (Like KoF R-1, this one is far overpriced, so I'm probably not ever gonna get it)
- Shanghai Mini

In my first post on this thread, I mentioned that no matter how many games I get, my wishlist just seems to grow.
This is a perfect example of this, because I just learned of Cool Boarders Pocket! That's now added to my Neo Geo Pocket Color Wishlist.
The problem with me finishing a collection for a game console is the fact that I want every game ever made for it, including imports, special prints, 1st editions, label variations, himebrew, imitation ripoffs, you name it! I have collected just over half the entire US NES collection, and one day I plan on at least having the entire US set of NES, SNES, and GEN. If I can pull that off then I will go for 2600, and colecovision while still working on every other system I own, and eventually aquiring a neo geo, tg16, etc. etc.
Nope and probably never will.
PS2 I have about 50 games, and there are still some that I would like to try out but I'll be happy (for now) once I get Warrior Within.
PS3 and 360 still getting plenty of games, have to wait and see with these
I don't have more then 10 games for any other system so calling them collections might be an overstatement but for the most part I'm satisfied with the games for my other systems (NDS, Wii, GC,GBC)
