If you haven't you may have seen it before in some form on Youtube. It's a software in which you can import your custom characters, levels, etc. into a bizarre and unbalanced fighting game. Since I'm not sure whether or not this is legal (probably isn't) I won't post any links on how and where to get the software, though there plenty of videos on it if you are interested. Anyway, the end result will look something like this:

FIGHT!

Yes, I personally LOVE this program. I have it and it's just so fun changing the characters. Adding characters from different past games is the best. I consider it the ONLY 2D fighting game I will keep playing for a long time.

Yeah, although it can be a bit of a pain to find all the characters you want on the internet. Some people even make nude versions of popular characters. *shudders.

Yes I have been knowing mugen for a long time. Good tool, but I have to say some of the games made with it never even worked on my PCs.

Yeah, it's often interesting to see the different characters people make that don't belong in fighting games: Ronald McDonald, Barney, Tom Hanks, Osama Bin Laden, etc.
