Every EA Sports title I've ever owned (multiple years of Tiger, NASCAR, etc.)... but only EA games. The oddest little thing seems to make it happen sometimes.
And no, it's not something stupid like turning off during a save. It has seriously "just happened". Followed by howls of rage, of course.

That's pretty interesting.
I've gotten so many game saves corrupt on me that it's not even funny.
STALKER was the last one i remembered. If you update the game with the patch, it renders your saves useless..that's why you sometimes need to read the read me's i guess.
NWN2 had a bug in the game that two characters have a chance of having their save information merge together so if you need one for a cutscene, the game freezes... I had to download a new save for that character to get around it.
mario kart double dash, i just needed a the parade car.. till my friend pulled the plug while loaidng the game and day of wreckoning for gamecube, it just happended.
Well... Have you ever corrupted a save file or something? I accidentally corrupted my friends GT data a couple weeks ago. :P_LiquidFlame_
I convinced my dad to purchase Assasins Creed instead of Rainbow Six, so I too could play it later. But I just finished GTAIV and mass effect, and he hadn't played it, so I decided I'd give it a go. Long story short, I got to about 3hrs before the end of the game. Then he wanted to play it NOW.
And who would've guessed a next-gen game in this day and age would have 1 save file? So much for beating assasins creed.
A few times, which is why I now make multiple saves, or in some cases backup the save file onto a memory unit.
I've lost characters and save games with hundreds of hours of gameplay on them, and the thought of that happening again makes me be extra cautious when I have important save files :)
