Help me remember this old Mickey Mouse SNES game!!!!

I'm racking my brain and for the life of me can't remember the name of this Disney game! The first level is a carnival level, and your main weapon/item is a vacuum cleaner (silly I know). I think the main antagonist was Pete (Goofy's fat next door neighbor?). I remember one level in a haunted mansion type place where he is in a painting and sticks his head out of it and you shoot him with cap guns, or at least I think, my memory of it is fading. And one of the last levels was an Ice level. Anybody know what this game is? I appreciate the help.

More likely this ^ I think. This one had a haunted house level.

The only two SNES Mickey games I know of are Magical Quest and Mickey Mania, and neither seem to fit your description too well (Magical Quest starts in a field while Mickey Mania starts in a level based on Steamboat Willie). And while Magical Quest offers Mickey costumes that allow such things as magic and water cannons, I don't recall one where Mickey had a vacuum cleaner.
