Help with name of game?

Hey guys,

I'm curious about a game i played a while back as a young child. It was a RPG-game for gamecube. Two things stand out in my memory-

In one part, you have to get rid of some zombies in a basement/sewer like place

There's a bit of the game where you travel in a cable car, a sort of cut-scene. I think it was in a snowy village.

If anybody could help me I would be really grateful. I really want to play this game again :P

it sounds a lot like resident evil 0 or resident evil remake but you said it was an rpg. but still it sounds a lot like them.
