[QUOTE="action1234"][QUOTE="firebreathing"]maybe you could ask them for their gamer id instead of e-mail? ZaerynAnd what is a gamer's id? How do you get it?Xbox Live name, PlayStation, etc. that's if you play online though.Okay, well I don't play online.
Actually, I'd reccomend trying something other than gaming for a bit. Try something a bit different that you think you may be good at, book reading club, chess, a sport, woodworking or music. I only say this because it will broaden your interests and general knowledge...which makes conversations easier, because they won't get stuck on video-games. As well, learning something new forces you to socialize with someone else, whether it be your coach or a fellow newbie. If you do find some people that are up for a bit of gaming or something such, I'd actually reccomend hitting up an arcade (assuming there's still one aruond where you live) or cybercafe before the home setting of a LAN.PuRe_CaNaDiaN_]
I can't agree more with this guy. You should try something other than gaming because as you said, you don't play online game, which means while gaming, there are only yourself with the computer or console. How about using some service on your mobile phone network? There are plenty of them, you register a profile for a small fee, including name, age, location ect... and they can find you not only one but several dates. It could be great fun, I promise!
