On consoles I (generally) lean towards between-medium-and-high to the highest possible sensitivity depending on the game,
Usually just "High" for games that use three levels of sensitivity.
For PC games, I think my sensitivity seems pretty low compared to other people. That's ignoring in-game sensitivity, as I turn that up sometimes; my mouse's system sensitivity must not be too high.
I have no trouble looking around as fast as I can think to on my own mouse, but when I use other people's mice I generally take a second to adjust.

When i play on pc, moving my mouse an inch is a whole 360, on xbox 360 and ps3 i always have to have it at highest sensitivity.

Really? It makes sense I guess to get use to that kind of sensitivity so you can whip around fast for that headshot. But I find it really weird when playing the likes of Killzone and the sensitivity is too high. I guess its cos analog sticks aren't as maneuverable as a mouse. It will be interesting to see how PS move will affect the likes of games like this
I prefer low sensetivity, if only because I am a more tactical, peer-around corners and not the whip-around-every-few-seconds-lol-360-cross-map-headshot kinda guy.
Analog sticks don't stink, I'm just not the most precise person.

I prefer faster. Not twitch shooter fast, but pretty fast. I keep the DPI on my mouse at 1000 minimum for gaming and depending on the game adjust from there. This is the reason I have so much trouble playing console shooters is because I find them so slow for turning even with their sensitivity jacked up.
