To name a few,
Uncharted 3 - nice graphics but nothing like I expected it to be, rushed story, 1st half minus chateau level is mostly platforming / easy puzzles, 2nd half starts to get good gameplay wise, but then it's over
GTA IV - detailed rendition of NYC but way too much realism, clunky controls, horrible cast of characters
Assassin's Creed 3 - Ubi's milking of a great franchise, boring protagonist, Tyranny DLC looks wack as well
Ni No Kuni - great graphics but way too much hand holding, text based dialog, slow moving story gets boring. Either that, or maybe I've just outgrown JRPG's.
Dark Souls - I like the difficult fights, but having to start the entire level over because a treasure chest you opened turns out to be a human eating monster just didn't do it for me
Minecraft - even if this was free, I don't see myself racking up hours with it
COD / BF - just recently discovering how innovative Bioshock 1 was, this was the 1st FPS I actually took interest in
