Pretty sure it's still being developed, but I haven't heard much about it. It sounds really interesting, with the whole 'almost impossible to die' aspect to it.
It will probably be cancelled, becuase in this current market, companies only want games that can be exploited for sequals, and in highlanders case "there can only be one".
I don't understand all of these people who declare that a game will be bad based on no evidence other than how they want the game to be. Will the game be bad? Maybe. Will it be good? Possibly. Will it be decent? Most likely. Why don't we just play the games we enjoy, and disregard those we don't. But they have to released before they can be loved, reviled or liked.

"Holy ground, highlander! Remember what Ramirez taught you!" I'd like to see a little more about this - I have a soft spot for Highlander, and was intrigued when I saw the first announcements for the game.
