How can I record Xbox 360 gameplay?

Ok I don't know If im in the correct forum section so If im not sorry. Here is what I want to do hopefully you can tell me if/how itcan be done. right I want to record xbox 360 gameplay from my TV straight to my desktop windows vista pc via a ethernet cable (i don't know if it is cross over or straight throught I havn't checked) Is there a peice of free software that will allow me to do this?

There's no video stream on the 360 ethernet interface. :roll

You'll need additional video capture hardware to make it work.
