i am sick of health warnings telling me to take 15 minute breaks every hour, why the hell would i stop sniping on call of duty 4 because my eyes might "blow up" no, they won't who actually does this. and who supports it.

Gaming ain't dangerous. Only for people who suffer from seizures sitting too close to the t.v.
But like morph_basic said, throwin controllers at people is the most common danger. I don't do that though.
I've never stopped playing a game between games, sometimes my eyes will hurt. then i'll stop..the other real danger is when you get mad at the game..WSGRandomPerson
I Second this.....
That's like saying to walk out of a movie theater every 15 minutes so your eyes don't strain. If my eyes start to hurt, I'll take a break. A lot of these health warnings are a bunch of crap (unless you're prone to seizures and sit too close to the TV or something). The only other real danger in gaming is throwing controllers at people.morph_basic
Not really. Your eyes move around a lot more when playing a video game. Playing a video game you have to put more focus and concentration into what you're doing. My eyes usually start to dry out/hurt after half an hour. It doesn't stop me from playing, but you get the point. ;)

I'd say it's the oposite. You might be focusing harder but due to the large size of a movie screen you (or at least I do) look around a hell of a lot. Where as in games there's generally oen particular point your focusing on. Like the targetting reticle or whatever.
