how do i transfer gamesaves from my computer to my wii

plz if anyone can tell me itd be great my thoughts (have not tried yet)

1.use the wii's internet browser and download strait from here

2.since the wii uses SD cards i can transfer the unzipped file from my computer to my psp to my wii via SD card
