How do you clean your dirty, gunky old controllers?

You know you've one of those days where you feel like whipping an old system out and playing an old game again. You pull your paper box out from your closet or underneath your bed or out of your garage ready for some memories. You reach in that box and grab... a filthy controller with who knows what growing all over it... What's your preferred method of cleaning?

I use mine regularly, so they don't get gunky, or even worn out (somehow). I did have an old Sega controller get this way. I just took it apart, cleaned it off, and put it back together. Nothing fancy, just a cloth and some cleaning chemicals.

I take them apart and clean them with a cloth, easy.

Same, almost eveyrone's controller I've used has some sort of ecosystem growing on it, along with food grease and whatnot.

My controllers are always clean, the only dirt I see is the actual dust in the grooves, that's it

i usually disassamble them and clean them with isopropyl alchohol and cotton swabs those mr. clean magic erasers also work wonders on dingy/dirty plastic parts
