Rage, is the most recent. If you'll count "firsts" then this year was my first time playing Angry Birds (PC), Darksiders (PC), Dead Island (Xbox 360), and Limbo(Xbox 360 and PC). Super Meat Boy (Xbox 360 and/or PC) may have been early this year, but I'm not completely sure. I got a Wii this year so there were a few "new to me" games I got to try: Lost In Shadow Mad World The Conduit Wii Party Wii Play Wii Sports Though just about every other game was part of a series, franchise or sequel to something I've played clear back to the NES.
LA Noire is the only one I can think of, and it's probably the only new IP I've played this year. Kind of sad when you think about it. I'm interested in a couple of other new IPs next year though (Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning is one).
cant believe i forgot to put this one in my last post, not much of a PC gamer so it slipped my mind The Binding Of Isaac , i usually dislike the random dungeon crawl type games as i usually suck at them but ive had a blast with it so far even tho i havent made it to the end yet
Some may be from past years. I've been catching up on a lot. Rage Metro 2033 Homefront Dead Island Rock of Ages Ok, tired of typing now. I'll just estimate 15-30 including indie games.
