I got two wood grains and a mini. No Darth though :(
The two woodies work fine, and I do play River Raid on the one I have hooked up at least every couple of months. Demon Attack too.
I still have and use my orginal 6 switch VCS system (the version before the 4 switch "2600" model). It's had several power adaptors and a dozen TV switches, but still works as good as new. The only game I do not allow to be played on there is Pac Man. Mainly as I strongly feel that every "donk" sound you hear in the game, you lose an IQ point and that scares me in my old age. Also, when I'm all alone I still get the urge to pull the rubber "plunger" cover off a joystick and stick it to my forehead. Every now and again, I do it. ^_^
I wasnt born yet. BUT looks so lame i wouldnt have imtrest in it.naju890_963
I think we have here someone who games for graphics. The Atari now seems lame, but it was in the late 70s it was released, one of the gems before Nintendo even started making arcade games.
Umm... I can't choose any of those options. I own a Coleco Vision with an Atari 2600 adapter. Can't remember when.... early to mid 80's... whatever year the Coleco came out. Think I got the adapter about 2 years after.... or maybe I should say my parents bought it for me....
Also got the steering wheel and the roller ball accessories for it....

I have one and play it with all my other consoles. I even have the wireless controllers. Not the ones made by atari the gamemate ones and the box for them. I have id say about 27 games for it and it is pretty fun. I'd recomend it to any collector cause they are cheap(I got mine with system, 17 games, 5 controllers, and a pair of wireless atari controllers with a broken left one which I sold) all for about 60 bucks the only thing it didn't come from was an adapter so I could hook it up to my tv :( but you can buy one on ebay for about 5 bucks. Also the games are pretty cheap( I got 3 sealed from 1983 for about 11 bucks) and not sealed they go for about 3 bucks including shipping ussaly. It is a big hog on space though( I have mine right next to my original Xbox cause I don't wanna go through the trouble of selling it and they are about the exact same size and mine is a 4 switch the 6 switch is even bigger cause the difficulty switches are on the front and on the 4 switch theve been moved to the back as two tiny switches. Don;t buy an atari 7800 to play 2600 games though because it's incompatible with some 3rd party cartridges due to its narrow cartridge slot. I have two sets of 3rd party controllers and the wireless which i use primarily and a big flight joysick which works fine except it can't go right. I know a place that could fix it but I don't use it so I don't want to waste money. Sorry for rambeling in all of this but here are some good links for this kind of stuff
