i play my gba several times a week (super mario bros, legend of zelda, wolfenstein3d), and I have lately been trying to beat GTA San Andreas on ps2 again. however, sadly i dont have my genesis with me. its put away in storage.
the wii doesnt have generic garbage but it has 70% garbage games but the good games for the console give fresh air like the classicsI've been playing almost everyday for a few months. However, even when I hit a slump, I play retro games much more than newer ones. I'm not too big on the current gen. It's mostly all generic garbage.

Not very often. I can't seem to drag myself out to the living room to where the consoels were and that included my PS3. I am trying to get them hooked up to my monitor which should see them get more playtime when it is completed.

I've gotta get me one of those Wiis. I'd like to play some of the Mario games...
I've been playing the Famicom version of SMB3 lately. It's pretty much the same as the NES version but the convos are in Japanese. Also, I noticed that the first lesser castle was modified in the NES version to make it easier. The doorway to the boss doesn't line up with the hole in the ceiling...

Thats what I was saying after watching some of the Nintendo world summit coverage. They said this year they're gonna focus more on hardcore gamers. SM Galaxy 2, Metroid: Other M (which looks ridiculous for the wii), and a New Zelda is being announced.I usually alternate; I'll play a contemporary game and once I've beat it I'll plug my PS or Dreamcast in and play something that I haven't played in a long time.
I haven't really been playing my retro consoles lately. I keep them in a cardboard box in my closet :-x I call it the console box, it has in it my:
NES
Playstation
2 Playstation 2's
2 Game Gears
Dreamcast
N64
But soon I'm gonna bring out my Dreamcast. It's a great system.
the reason your playing them again is because they had much better gameplay and like the nostalgic feelI haven't really been playing my retro consoles lately. I keep them in a cardboard box in my closet :-x I call it the console box, it has in it my:

These days I've only been playing Xbox and GAMECUBE games to fill out my collection. I beat Otogi: Myth of Demons and Jet Set Radio Future for mu Xbox and Star Wars Rogue Leader for my GC. I'm playing Skies of Arcadia for my CUBE and Breakdown for my Xbox, and I also have on standby Gun Valkyrie for the Xbox. After that I intend on playing some N64 games I missed like the original Paper Mario.
I play my toploader NES at least once or twice a week, but thats about it. I am finishing my Master System,NES, SNES, PSone, and GB collections at the moment, so even though I am not playing these systems consistently, I own and collect for them. I am too caught up in the awesomeness that is the PS3 in stunning Hi-Def.
