Probably once a week.
Thats awesome
I just started gaming in 2008, I have about 30 titles, but I can tell in 5 years Ill being doing what I mentioned about once a week. I could totally imagine going back and playing Mirrors Edge, Demons Souls, Prince of Persia Forgotten sands and much more.
InFAMOUS already makes me nostalgic.

prob once a week or something
I replay my old favorites pretty often, it gives me something to enjoy while I save up for another purchase.
Sadly never. I have an awesome collection dating all the way back to the Atari 2600 but I don't have enough time to play all the current gen games I have, let alone replay my older titles. That's why I love it when packs come out like the Sega Megadrive collection. I get to revisit some of the old goodness without getting the gear out.
Then what's the point of owning that awesome collection? What a shame. You should give or sell that stuff to someone that would actually use it and enjoy it.Sadly never. I have to agree...partly. I have a respectable collection, and understand that it is tough to give all of your stuff the love that it deserves, but I at least try tyo pull out the 2600 or Odyssey2 or whatever, every once in a while...I may not have time for everyting, but I try.
The thought crosses my mind frequently, but I seldom ever act upon it. Haven't got any real excuse for it either. I've got plenty of free time to do so, it's just getting myself away from the computer long enough to get some gaming in (darn you writing and the grip you have on me!).

I have to agree too...I don't own as far back as 2600, but I play Super Mario Bros. a lot. Sell all that old stuff to someone who wants it if you're going to waste more bucks on compilations.
300+ games from Intellivision to PS3, not including about 100 for C64 on floppies. Every week I take a break from the new stuff and go old school. Make time to stay young!

I should clarify. The main reason I don't play them is because I'm time poor, not because I don't want to. I live in a town house with my wife and two kids, I have over 30 consoles/handhelds and more than 900 games... so needless to say a lot of these systems/games are neatly packed in boxes in the roof. There are three main reasons I don't sell them
With regards to my compilation message. I can spend $15 on the Sega Megadrive collection rather than finding my Megadrive in the garage, finding the games, hooking it up, etc. For someone time poor I'd rather spend $15 than 2 hours locating and setting up my old system. Maybe I should sell some of my old Nintendo G&Ws though... :)

My collection is nowhere near as epic, but there's no way I could sell, even if I didn't play it. I spent countless hours calling stores, driving to different cities, arguing with mom and pop video store owners to sell me the boxes to old carts I'd lost. Selling all that would be like destroying a big chunk of my life. Yeah I could probably make a sizeable dent in mykid's college education if I sold it all, but I've got another 17 years to make that decision. Anyway, greatrespect to you and your collection. Hope you find the time soon to get it in an accessible state!
