how to get out of a fps slump?

i am currently playing cod4 online and am in a major slump. i have 5 days logged on total with nearly 10k kills. a couple months ago i would go team deathmatch with 20 or more kills and less than 10 deaths. now i go 10 and 20. search nd destroy is being consistent. How should i get out of this slump???

Take a short break from it. Go play a different fps for a day or two, and when you start playing again don't try too hard. Just let it come to you. Also try to get matches on your favorite map so that you'll be playing where you're best at.
