How would the next Xbox look like and what would its name be?

the xbox brand is gaining more and more strength. since ms wouldnt want to waste the hits theyve taken for its current namesake, "xbox" will undoubtably be in the title. the names "xbox"and "xbox 360" were derived by basically taking hip phrases and symbols and sticking them all together to be marketable. the next iteration could very well be xbox 720 or they may just find some way to stick more x's ( xxxbox :P ) in the name.

assuming halo stays the xbox flagship franchise, its a safe bet that master chief green will be a dominant color. black is probably a safe bet too. a smaller and sleeker design would be ideal, but the technology may not be at the point were it can shrink the hardware (and this is assuming that ms's intent is to make a powerful console instead of wii'ifying it for a more mass market product). im going to guess that it will slightly smaller than the 360 though not by much.

I heard rumours that I didint believe that its gonna be called xbox 720.

They'll steal Nintendo's original name for the Wii and call it the Xbox Revolution
