I also think, if he wanted to have a serious discussion about his stance on video games, he would bring in a professional video game journalist. At least then, he wouldn't be making fun of him and vice versa because they all in the professional industry of broadcasting and journalism. And if Glen decided to talk total smack to the video game journalist, the journalist could be able to handle themselves compare to Steven, who just writes about games in his free time.

That video started of being sort of intelligent, but wow did it take a turn for the worse and then Beck showed just how big a moron the guy really is.
hohoho video gamers are all single fat men who live in their mom´s basement/garage.
1st video: The games are violent as hell but not realistic. the very fact that there is so little repercussion in these games for killing makes it so that it's not realistic at all. But to go back to the old argument, I've played a ton of violent games and I've never felt the urge to pick up a gun or beat someone to death with a bat. ALSO! Most of those games are rated M for Mature. As in they are intended for people above the age of 17. So I'd say that if you want to blame someone for kids playing games like GTA, blame the parents! I know for a fact that most video game retailers ask for ID regardless of your age, so if a kid gets a hold of it, chances are there was a parent involved.
2nd video: Wow Glenn Beck is an asshole. The dude was basically saying that he works for the government and Glenn was saying he can't hold down a job? the hell? He didn't even bother actually coming up with a rebuttal or anything, just attacked the guy.

The guy in the first video can think whatever he wants; it doesn't really affect anybody. The only indisputable nonsense was at the end when he said that a common way out of a game when things go bad is to kill yourself.... The only game I can think of with that mechanic is Toki Tori 2. :p
As for the second video.... It's six years old. Beck has changed how he conducts himself on the radio and often admits to how much of an asshole he used to be to people. He'd still disagree with that guy today, I'm sure, but he wouldn't be such a dick to him.
