Exactly. I couldn't agree more. The SNES was and still is the best console; incredibly reliable (you didn't used to have to mention that) with the best controller and best game library to date.

The SEGA Saturn is the best console ever. Great fighters, great SHMUPs, great RPGs, and some unique platformers. I love my PS1, but it just plain doesn't compare to the Saturn.famicommander

Woah, a curveball. And the Snes is best. Didn't have to import to get the most out of it. Didn't hurt, though :P.

NES, SNES, Genesis, PS2, and GC are all better IMO.

The PLaystation 1 was good but it never had the magic of the 16 bits consoles like the SNES or Sega Genesis. Both of them were better than the PS1.

I still have my Genesis but now it's broken. I sold my SNES. I regret that.

agreed SNES owns all,

for me its

1.SNES

2.PS1 (simply because it was the new era of 3D, and had a huge libraby of great games)

3. N64 (i really wanted this to be second but while it had amazing games of the highest quality, they werent that many of them compared to the PS1)

4. Dreamcast (I loved this console to bits)

5. Gameboy

6. PS2

7. Xbox

C'mon! The PS2 finished what the ps1 started. Thus making the PS2 the greatest system ever thatched together by human-kind. Too bad the Dreamcast died before hitting puberty....Joystick_n_hand

if anything, the PS1 finshed what snes started. I mean Mario Kart on Snes was a classic and PS1 had a game with cards but instead of racing u blow each other up. By the way, anyword on Twisted Metal Black 2 on PS3?
