The statement that you were going to trade your ps2 for a 360 is why you have 10 games no offense, it's just that most people that have 200-300 games usually don't sell them. It wasn't quick to get that many titles either.judog1a ps2 for a 360 your crazy! lol i ment the reguler xbox not the xbox360! who would take that deal? lmao
Dude, punctuate!
Anyway, I have just over 200 games, but I've been collecting them since I was 9. My advice? Never overlook a cheap game if it's good. =P Ebay is good for that, you can even get games for older systems. Yummeh.
Edit: Oh, also, don't be affraid to experiment with new types of games when you can afford to. You never know what you might end up liking~

My advice is to keep collecting, don't sell your games, I mean everyones collection started out small, they just didn't buy 300 games all at once . If money is the problem I reccomend eBay especially for older games.
If you have a job or school, its hard to fit in time for games. I remember a few years I was at school barely fitting in time for any games.
Doesn't matter anyways, its just games, who cares how many you've played
thanks for the advice muthe soon when i geta job it should be a snapDude, punctuate!

When I had just a handfull of games and really only spent time on 1 game and thought to myself I only need 1 game because this game takes all the time I have to play it. I felt like more of a gamer then, then I do now with many consoles , and a killer pc with many games.
That game was Eq 1(also had UTC and Diablo 2 at the time), I acquired games as time went on. Trading games makes it hard to be a collector but alota games are worthy of trading. Other games are worthy of holding on to.
The Desire to game is what makes you a gamer IMO not the # of titles in your collection.
Let me start by saying welcome to GameSpot. I see you just joined today.
I wouldn't worry about being a true . The fact that it bothers you that you "only" have 10 games shows that you are. 10 games is still a decent number. When I was your age (that I assume your under 16) I only had 2 or 3 games for my Atari cause they were expensive just like new games are now. I would swap with friends for a week or two. People sometimes forget that games cost $40 USD back then too and that was 1985 dollars which would probably work out to 100 today.
Do you think you would be better off with a PS3? LOL let me tell you something., if you had a PS3 you would only have 11 games. The ten you have now that will still play on it and the one that you bought with the console. PS3 games cost $60 USD! You can get 2 or 3 games for the PS2 for that much.
~whispers~ try to sell you folks on the fact the PS3 plays Blu Ray Movie discs too, those players are super expensive. They might fall for it.
I have about 60 games and some of those are for my old Genesis. Asome of them are old PC games that wont even run on Vista. I keep em on my list because I still have them.
Take everyone's advice and look for deals on games. Lots of people are unloading their games especially if they have had old PS2 games laying around without being played for a long time.
