That picture is not vey helpful. You could at least tell us what system it's for. From what I can see it looks a bit like Dark Sector but I could be way off.
I've never played Dark Sector, but it looks like some of the screenshots I have seen. I did play The Club demo, though, and its graphics are terrible. The screenshot provided above looks great and I don't think it could be The Club, even if the art design is similar.
