Mario. No question. Not only is he the most awesome, most influential video game character ever, but he also seems to have the most fun. Sure, he gets to have go-kart races and tennis matches and board game parties, but he also seems to enjoy his action-adventures. He's always yelling "Woo-hoo!' and "Yee-haa!" and "Boing!". You get the sense that Mario is having as much fun stomping Koopas and saving princesses as we are.

Oh, and all of his super powers combined could probably kill any other video game character in the universe.

Master Chief. He pretty much oozes bad ass.
