Retalliance. When killed by a player of higher rank you have 5 seconds of knowing where that player killed on the map is after respawn. Retalliance pro allows increased gun damage against the player you were killed by more than 3 times the entire game. Unlocked at level 20. To obtain Ratalliance Pro you need to get 200 kills in the span of 5 seconds after respawn with Retalliance.
Standing still makes you lose points and running gives you points.(Excluding snipers) It's not a perk more like a rule. Or.... If you don't have a sniper rifle if you stay in a certain vicinity you lose health.
CEO power - the personal information of any player below 15 is shown and you have the option to temporarily band them for a few days Ba Doink - invulnerable towards noob tubers - any projectile that lands /hits you is repelled and flies back to the user with the gernade launcher Technical difficulites - jam all radars/any killstreak perks - UAV
I would create a confusion perk. Your name would appear in green to enemy players so they wouldnt shoot you. Your uniform would stay the same so that is how they would tell you apart from teammates. But most of the time when you see a green name you dont shoot, I think that would be a sweet perk.
It shows the person that killed you on the minimap when you respaen.

If the person that killed you before, kills you again before youget them, they explode showering the map in blood and highlighting all the snipers inbright pink.
I would create a perk that immediately eviscerates any player who's younger than sixteen and can't ever stop talking through his bloody headset. That would be perfect, thanks.
A perk where anyone who camps for over 10 seconds shows up on the radar. and then the pro version would be reduced damage from players who frequently camp for over 10 seconds.
Mine would be some sort of body armor that made you resistant/immune to knife attacks.
Way too many cheap/questionable/unskilled kills come from melee, and it'd make the game alot better if you didn't KNOW you could kill your opponent in one hit.
SniperRep It allows you to detect enemy snipers, kinda like sitreps but snippers not killstreaks. In Pro mode it makes everyone who tries to quick 360 scope you to twist around like he hit a twister or something.
MegaBoom - Perk, Let you have 10 Claymore and duel wield 2 RPG rocket, Pro - Give you even more Claymore and add some C4 in your pocket so you can BOOM where you want.
you shoot someone with a special gun and unaware to the victim they wear the uniform of the enemy, as well as register on the radar and bare the name label color of the enemy, allowing for their teammates to team kill them, and maybe to that make it so the victim shot sees their teammate in enemy uniforms as well to add to the chaos... oh that would be a mess perk but it'd be amusing
I can really imagine a perk which makes you see enemies through walls like the hacker perk to mines, who have been idle (in the 1 position) for more than 5-10 seconds hopefully than it will get rid of the majority of campers.
