It depends on how much the system costs and also how much the good games on the console cost. For example, it would be really cool to own a Turbo Duo but the console is very expensive as are a lot of the better games on the system. Then there are consoles like the Vectrex which is expensive and has a limited library. So theres not really a magical number of games the system must have, but rather how affordable is the system to begin with and are its better games mostly affordable as well, and are there enough games to justify the cost of the system.
I'm not looking for any suggestions, I just want to know your opinions on how good a library a console (depending on price of course) needs for it to be worth getting and collecting games for.

What do you think a "suggestion" is? If you're a true collector, then why would that even matter? The more obscure the console, the smaller the library but also the more sought after it would be for a collector.
