Every video game company just said one day, "Hey, we have enough money. Why are we doing work?!?".

And they just stopped creating videogames FOREVER!

I would attempt to learn a programming language as quickly as possible, then create games as an indie developer, thus filling the market void.

Do what any sane person would do, learn a programming language, or set up a development team with someone who already has learned one and make some freakin awesome games!

This. Honestly, video gaming isn't everything I do. I would be disappointed, however. Video games have some of the best stories. Also, if the entire gaming industry just...ground to a halt, I would be pretty concerned about our economy, especially in its current condition. Something this big just doesn't go away without leaving a mark.

I would play the old games I had until someone figures out what the hell they are going to do to satisfy my gaming addiction... Or perhaps I might spend a little more time with my girfriend................................ehh God Of War for the 100th time sounds better lol..

well, i would probably be pissed off for a while, but i would probably just save some money go out and buy a couple more consoles and some games i havent played before. Then i would just wait until the entire gameing industry realizes they're retarded..
