Impossible to play Lichdom: Battlemage on console, help?

Finally got this game cheap, $8 on console (Xbox One). Its pretty fun, but literally almost impossible to see anything. The screen is incredibly dark. I went through all the options and there aren't any options for brightness. Is anyone else having this problem? Has anyone figured it out? I'd rather not tweak my TV settings just for one game.

Anybody, please? Help will be much appreciated.

All I know is it was hailed as basically a broken game on consoles when it was first ported over. It may be that's what you are stuck with. However, you could try setting up a profile on your TV, if it has that functionality - this way you don't have to re-tweak the settings for other games and movies, but simply switch back to the mode you normally like when not playing Lichdom. Just one possible solution
