FEAR 3 (buy it new though for the downloads for extra game modes....its a must) I haven't personally played this game, but watch youtube videos of it and the offline modes look awesome. It has splitscreen offline MP too, I think. Campaign is co-op too.
Killzone 3. The AI bots are programmed really well. They are almost human like at higher diffuculties...But it doesn't offer splitscreen which is f*cking stupid. (it seriously disappointed me that it's only 1 player) but campaign is co-op.
Black Ops. Need internet to get patches for offline multiplayer to be patched in. Only game modes the game offers is TDM and DM. Bots don't play objective game modes such as domination. It offers 4 player splitscreen, but the bots are poorly programmed....very idiotic bots.
