In search of a specific old school game

(i was 6 when i played this so the details are a bit scarce)

it was on the nes or sms it was a birds eye view game (not gta) you went around this building shooting people and you saw thier bodies on the floor(not die hard) .... i remeber lots of doors if that helps

i wonder what fraud would make of that^^

soz about the lack of info but this is really annoying me and i need to know.

thinking hard i managed to remember these details.

large amunt of pick ups on the floor not dissimilar to smash tv

and if i remember right (this could be bull.) guns (cant remember what guns there were) on the floor in squares like they were in a box

grid like flooring

featureless enimies like stickmen

and i think it told you how many peolple you killed at the end

if you think of the game where some of all but one of these are true tell me anyway it might be right but im miss-remembering some of the facts... this was 12 years ago since i played this
