Make a Pokemon Yellow and a Pokemon Crystal remake for the Nintendo DS.Legacy_of_GamefI dont even think they would remake the yellow version since they did those already but they were the fire red and leaf green version, crystal mabe so but I can care less about pokemon nowadays
Right now there's no need for another Game Boy. The DS became much more successful than Nintendo likely expected it to be, and they don't really need to make another system in the Game Boy line at this time. Besides, the DS can still pull off GB-style games like Castlevania and Contra while still having unique DS-style games like Trauma Center and such. It's all just under one umbrella right now, and there's no point in making anything for the Game Boy Advance. :? People have moved on in that regard.MAILER_DAEMONPretty much - I know at one time, they wanted to do a Gameboy and the DS handheld lines seperate.... but even then, people would know, why would you need two Nintendo handhelds? The DS is very successful, and possibly having a Gameboy line, prolly wouldn't do any favors to the DS line or GB line handhelds. It would be like having a wii console, and another nintendo console running side by side at the same time. Just no real need. Really, the DS line (and I know Nintendo has gone on to say it's not but) is the latest version in the Gameboy Handheld history. Least to me. I'll miss the GBA backwards capability in the latest handheld version, but I also realise, it's time to move on at this point fully on DS.
Interesting random note, The original gameboy line fo games can actually be played on 8 diffferent consoles. :P

The N64 Transfer Pak can only play certain Gameboy games, so in a way it doesn't count. I guess if the criteria is "it can play at least one Gameboy game", then yeah I can see why you say it would be one of the consoles that can play those games.
Also, the Gameboy Micro and DS cannot play original Gameboy/Gameboy Color games, so those would not count.
