Is it worth uninstalling Skyrim from my Xbox HDD for the better textures?

Is there a really noticable difference, i mean i really into how good a game can look but will i uninstall it and be wow'd?

Its a big issue on the 360 at the moment, it was covered in one of the recent start/select episodes explaining it. also there are a number of big websites talking about the issue. I would link you guys to a page but it wont let me. so just google ' installing skyrim xbox 360 texture ' and you will find very links talking about the issue.
