Is it worth upgrading to an Xbox One X from Xbox One S?

So i've been debating for a while now if I should upgrade to an X1X if I already have an X1S. Note that the following prices are Canadian.

I can get an X1X for $465 on sale with 2 Controllers and sell my X1S on kijiji for about $200 maybe $250.

So is spending $265 worth it? I recently got myself an LG 4K UHD TV.

Considering you have a 4k TV, the X is definitely worth the upgrade.

The only thing is that the new consoles are about a year off, so keep that in mind.

Maybe...though if the Xbox one scarlet comes out with Xbox 1 BC, then that might be a better option.

If you got the funds for most definitely go with the X you won't regret it. The X still impressive me to this date. Console is well worth the extra money. Plus you mention you have a 4k tv so this would take full advantage of it.
